What is your return policy?
Thanks for purchasing our products at Myspecialbox.com. Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, items handed to our customers are not eligible for a return or a refund. All of our products are custom made (made to order) and cannot be returned for a full refund. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our product, My Special Box is more than happy to improve the original product to your satisfaction.
Are the boxes reusable?
Yes, Yes and Yes! All of our boxes are reusable for almost anything, especially for storage!
What are your payment options?
You will receive a Zelle or Venmo request. Once the request has been accepted, we will begin creating your Special Box.
